Bot Wave Connect smartwatch with Alexa voice assistant, Bluetooth calling feature launched in India

Boat has launched its new smartwatch Wave Connect in India. Wave Connect is a Bluetooth calling smartwatch and it is quite affordable too. The company has kept the price of this new watch at Rs 2,499. It is available in three color options – Charcoal Black, Deep Blue and Cool Grey. Its sale will start from June 7.

For less than Rs 2,500, Boat Wave Connect is offering features like Alexa voice assistant, Bluetooth calling, 60+ sports modes, health sensors, support for Google Fit and Apple Health. Apart from the company’s online store, you will also be able to buy Boat Wave Connect from Flipkart. The battery life of this watch is up to 7 days.

Bluetooth calling support

Boat Wave Connect has a 1.69-inch HD display. A heart rate sensor has been installed on the inside of it. Apart from this, there is also a SpO2 sensor to measure blood-oxygen and a stress level tracker. The Wave Connect smartwatch supports Bluetooth calling. With its help, you can make and receive calls directly from the watch itself. For calling, the watch also has a quick access dial pad and the option to save 20 contacts.

Auto workout detection feature

There is no onboard GPS on the watch, but, it offers over 60 sport modes including walking, running, cycling, dancing and working out. The watch also has an auto workout detection feature, apart from supporting the integration of Google Fit and Apple health service.

Not only this, a sleep tracker has also been given in it. For this you have to wear it even during sleep. Along with this, a breath control mode, sleep tracking and stress tracker have also been given in it. Alexa voice assistant is also provided in Boat Wave Connect. On the other hand, if we talk about the battery, then 300mAh battery has been given in this watch. The company claims that its battery can last up to 7 days on a single charge without enabling Bluetooth calling feature.
